Growth is both a blessing and a challenge, and The Living Room Community Church has been experiencing a great deal of growth over the last several years. Attendance each week is around 830, and to accommodate future growth, the church is planning an addition to the current facilities. While this means they will have more room for attendees there is also more space to cover when it comes to security.
Security can be an issue for churches in the Tri Cities area, especially as churches aren’t staffed 24/7, or even every day of the week. Fire, break-ins, vandalism, and theft are always a possibility. In addition, since they have such large gatherings, there is also a life-safety risk, so it’s important to have a good fire detection and security system in place.
Security not only protects the building and churchgoers, but also aligns with a church’s duty to take care of their assets and make good use of the donations provided to them.
